By linking Cleo to Apple Health, users can monitor steps and distance, generate reports to discuss with their healthcare team, set reminders, manage appointments, and medication schedules.

• Activities
• Health and wellbeing activities specifically designed for individuals living with MS. It is advisable to consult with a physician or physiotherapist before commencing any exercise routines.
